Q: Will Mary and Danny ever get back together on the show?
A: I certainly hope so. It's always been suggested that will happen.
I don't think anyone else will do for her. She's just love-struck.
Q: Favorite TV spot?
A: Definitely the TV in the bedroom. The one in the living room is
complicated and has surround sound. I literally don't know how to
turn it on.
Q: Favorite TV show?
A: I am a Law & Order freak. When there's a Law & Order marathon on,
I'm never happier. I even have the DVDs, so the one hour a day it's
not on in syndication, I can have my fix.
Q: Your TV crush?
A: The last one I really had was Michael J. Fox on Familiy Ties. I'm
sure his petite stature seemed accessible to me. And maybe as a
five-year-old, I had intense Republican leanings. Nowadays, it's
James Spader.
Q: Las Vegas has had some amazing guests. Who has left you
starstruck?
A: Alec Baldwin, just because he's a movie star, and he's
super-funny. And I'm going to go with Wayne Newton. He smells
amazing. He's this dark shade of orange that only exists in Las
Vegas.
Q: Favorite reality TV series?
A: Project Runway is a favorite.
Q: Who do you think will win?
A: Our favorite, Daniel Franco, was already kicked off. His stuff
was solid and pretty and flattering. It's stuff I would wear.
Q: You're planning your real-life wedding.
A: It's a tremendous amount of work. I want it to be elegant, of
course. Luckily, the setting that we've chosen is so beautiful, so
it really doesn't need a lot of help.
Q: Your must-have DVD?
A: Jay's show Action is actually coming out on DVD. I've got the
big, giant, hot-pink Sex and the City six-season DVD set. The whole
show was such a fantasy, but was fun to watch and such eye candy. My
mom is not into those girly shows, but I managed to suck her in with
the DVDs. We're just as much fans as anyone [else] with a uterus.
